THE OPPORTUNITY

The challenge we address

We plan spatial storytelling, interactive content, and service processes around how visitors explore, experience, enquire, and purchase. Preparation, on-site responsibilities, and event operations are coordinated, with practical ways to record leads and feedback so the physical experience can lead to continued communication and service.

Where this fits

Suitable for companies with offline exhibition or store event plans that value experience. They should have clear venue and product display needs, and be able to invest personnel for on-site operations. It is best to have the event date confirmed before starting. If follow-up consultations are expected, the team responsible for follow-up should be confirmed in advance, as well as how to record visitor needs on-site.

HOW WE WORK

Turn the challenge into clear next steps.

01

Design the Experience Flow

You explain the exhibition or store objectives, venue, and product features. We plan the spatial narrative, interactive content, and visitor route. This forms a draft experience plan for discussion. We align product explanations with visitors' interests and concerns, clarifying the task of each experience area.

02

Compile the Operations Manual

Based on the confirmed plan, we detail preparation tasks, on-site division of labor, and service scripts. You arrange personnel and prepare materials. We produce an operations manual and execution schedule. We provide instructions for on-site consultation, experience guidance, and issue handover, enabling all roles to collaborate according to the same process.

03

Record Leads and Review

On-site, we assist with execution and record visitor feedback and lead information. After the event, we organize data and analyze conversion opportunities. You provide feedback from staff who met visitors. We produce a review report. We hand over post-visit communication needs to the relevant team, allowing offline interactions to continue into subsequent services.
